SOEL
SOEL (Stanford Organic Electronics Lab) is a research group in Electrical Engineering at Stanford run by Prof. Peter Peumans. We focus on three research areas:
- Solar energy conversion: organic solar cells, plasmonic solar cells, nanowire solar cells, solar thermal, thermophotovoltaics, microconcentrator silicon solar cells and thermionic converters.
- Sensors: stretchable silicon sensor networks,
curved focal plane arrays, retinal implants
- Nanoelectronics: molecular switches, peptide-based defect detection
